When will my order ship?
After your order has been placed, please allow 3 - 5 business days for a label to be created to pack your order & dropped off at a postal carrier facility. Once your package has been scanned in, you can view tracking progress with the link you receive through email or phone number.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery dates for your package will depend on the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
Orders placed will take approximately 3 - 5 business days to ship out. In addition to that time, shipment delivery time will vary from 1 - 3 business days (for Priority Mail) or 3 - 7 business days (for Standard Shipping).
RETURNS
What is your Return Policy?
Customized or premade items in the shop are not eligible for returns or refunds at this time.
Damages, issues or exceptions -
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We get it. Things happen unexpectedly, so please give us the grace and patience to make things right. We'll take care of you!
When will I receive my refund?
In some circumstances, a refund will or will not be issued to you. If a refund is issued, please allow up to 5 business days for that to be processed. Keep in mind that bank transactions may delay the transfer of funds.
