Every pen order purchased will automatically be filled with black ink! Time for more ink or interested in different colors? We got you covered! You can purchase additional ink refills that include black, blue or red ink colors. Easy peasy!

RETURN & REFUND

Returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted for custom or premade pen products. All sales are final. Please refer to the FAQs for more information.

SHIPPING INFO

After your order has been placed, please allow 3 - 5 business days for a label to be created to pack your order & dropped off at a postal carrier facility. Once your package has been scanned in, you can view tracking progress with the link you receive through email or phone number.

At checkout, you can select Standard or Priority Mail shipping! This does not change the speed of your order completion. Please send an email if you have a question!
